How do I track my order?To track your order, please input your order number (example: 21056) and your billing email address to get a real time status of your order. Then click the tracking number to be redirected USPS, Fedex or DHL live tracking website.

My order still shows it's in process. What's going on?Please note that all custom controllers take up to 3-4 business days to be fully assembled (Monday-Friday) by our technicians. Each controller is made to order and built to your specifications.
During new game releases and the holiday season it may take slightly longer for your controller to be shipped. Gamer Tag and Splatter Option add another 3-5 days for processing to your order.

Why has my tracking number not updated yet?Typically tracking numbers from USPS (your regular mail) take 24 hours to update. Often with USPS tracking numbers, it could take up to 48 hours or longer to update.

My USPS tracking number has not updated in a while. What's going on?USPS uses delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. These tracking numbers typically do not update throughout the day or until they are near your local shipping facility.

My package has shipped. When will it arrive?Typically all USPS packages take 2-6 days to arrive.
International package delivery varies greatly. It can take 3- 5-10 days for delivery depending on your location.

How will my package arrive to my residence?We ship all controllers in small unmarked boxes about the same size of the controller to make sure it will fit in your mail box. If you opted for USPS delivery your mailman will deliver the package in your mailbox.

I selected SAME DAY ASSEMBLY with my controller. When will my controller ship?By selecting rush processing we guarantee that your controller will be built, tested and shipped within 1 business day (Monday-Thursday). If you have added GAMER TAG, SPLATTER OPTION or GRAPHIC OPTION please allow an additional 3-5 business days for processing your custom artwork.
